Guarantee
Bookings are only confirmed with a valid credit card number and expiration date, along with a partial or total prepayment, depending on the specified cancellation policy.
No-show
In the event of a no-show, the full cost of the stay will be charged.
Cancellation and Modification
Any modification to the booking, or partial or total cancellation, must be requested in writing via email.
Flexible Rate
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking.
In the event of cancellation more than 7 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded.
In the event of cancellation between 7 days and up to 3 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
In the event of cancellation less than 3 days before arrival, on the day of arrival, or in the event of a no-show, the total amount of the booking will be charged.
Non-refundable Rate
A prepayment corresponding to the full amount of the stay is charged at the time of booking.
The prepayment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, modification, no-show, or cancellation on the day of arrival.
Last-Minute Rate (7 days prior)
The total amount of the stay is required to confirm the booking and is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival or a no-show, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
